Job summary

Sarnova HC, LLC is seeking a Data Analyst for Cardio Partners to support SQL-based reporting, Power BI dashboard development, and web platform administration. This remote role requires residency in the United States and EST hours, with visa sponsorship not offered.

The analyst will manage data across IT systems, support customer implementations, and ensure data integrity and secure platforms, delivering insights for improved customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Data Analytics or related field required
• 46 years of experience in data analysis and reporting within IT or enterprise environments
• Advanced SQL skills (complex queries, joins, stored procedures, performance tuning)
• Hands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard design)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with customer implementation projects (data migration, onboarding) preferred
• Familiarity with ETL tools, APIs, and data integration concepts preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare or regulated environments preferred
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and data warehousing preferred
• Experience with web platform administration and configuration a big plus

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting, analytics, and data validation
• Design and build interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and usability
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to support customer implementation projects, including data migration, configuration, and testing
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights for business stakeholders
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with security and privacy standards
• Document processes, configurations, and data workflows for internal knowledge sharing
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues across systems and integrations
• Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance reporting capabilities and system performance
• Additional duties as assigned
