Qualifications

• Relevant Salesforce Data 360 or equivalent CDP experience.
• Experience with data integration and enterprise data platforms is essential.
• Knowledge of data governance and security best practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SMite for Data 360 internally and with customers.
• Advise on unlocking data from enterprise systems to meet customer goals.
• Deliver high CSAT and manage multiple strategic accounts.
• Lead technical and architectural discussions and show the path to value.
• Educate and share best practices across the Data 360 community.
• Collaborate with Go-to-Market to grow services within accounts.
