Qualifications

• 8+ years in consulting or customer-facing roles with enterprise clients.
• 5+ years in a management role leading teams.
• Experience managing 12+ contributors in large organizations.
• Cloud/SaaS environment experience with global or regional customers.
• Strong data-driven decision making and executive storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead a world-class team of Success Architects and drive customer outcomes.
• Manage KPIs like CSAT, time to resolution, and adoption metrics.
• Escalation point for high-severity issues and cross-functional collaboration.
