Job summary
Patterson Companies, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager with Dairy Tech to grow and manage a designated dairy territory, combining sales acumen with industry knowledge.
You will identify new customers, achieve annual sales and gross profit goals, and partner with dairy producers to improve production and profitability using Patterson’s proprietary technologies and programs. The role requires travel about 50% of the time, staying current on industry trends and maintaining accurate customer
Qualifications
- Minimum requirements include an Associate’s Degree in Animal Science or related field.
- Preferred candidates have 3+ years in a dairy-focused role and experience managing dairy herds.
- Experience with SAP or related ERP systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted prospect calls to develop new and existing business growth; actively call on customers.
- Work with area distribution channels to support sales strategies and dairy programs.
- Partner with customers to understand business needs and recommend products and solutions.
- Provide timely responses to inquiries and maintain accurate client records.
