Job summary

Patterson Companies seeks a Territory Manager to expand our dairy product portfolio across a defined US territory. You will identify new customers, drive sales, and assist customers in improving production and profitability using our proprietary technologies and programs.

Responsibilities include developing growth strategies, supporting distribution channels, and maintaining accurate records while traveling up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Animal Science or Ag related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• Preference for 3 years dairy emphasis with proven customer base growth.
• Experience as a Dairy herd manager or related role and ability to cold call and lead in a matrixed team.
• Proficiency in SAP or related ERP.

Responsibilities

• Develop new and existing business in assigned territory; meet sales and gross profit goals.
• Identify trends in customer needs and expand territory via targeted calls.
• Support dairy producers to improve production and profitability with our products.
• Maintain accurate customer records and contracts, and ensure timely responses.
