Job summary

STgenetics is seeking a highly motivated field specialist to join our Farmfit team working with biotechnology in the dairy and beef space. In this full-time, customer-facing role, you will travel to customer herds to assist in sales, installation and training of new customers, and to deliver exceptional customer service.

You will demonstrate your technical knowledge of our product options in a friendly and helpful manner, and ensure a professional experience to drive success for all customers.

Qualifications

• College degree in animal science or related field and/or experience and knowledge of the dairy or beef industries.
• Able to memorize and recall product specifications and demonstrate value proposition.
• Experience working in a farm environment.
• Able to work cooperatively as part of a team.
• Desire to continue to develop skills and knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Command of the English language; bilingual in Spanish desirable.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated.
• Demonstrate honesty and integrity at all times.

ST through the experience of its staff specializes in helping find quality livestock, semen, and embryos for placement domestically and internationally.
