Job summary

JobsTrackR is seeking a D365 CRM Functional Consultant to join their expanding Dynamics practice. Fully remote role, salary up to £50,000 DOE, and work across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform, collaborating directly with clients from discovery through implementation and post-go-live support.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience as a Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Functional Consultant.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate).
• Strong understanding of D365 CE modules: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing.
• Experience across D365 CE implementations, integrations, upgrades or transformations.
• Able to run workshops and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional delivery across D365 CE implementations and improvements.
• Analyse customer processes and propose suitable D365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
• Run discovery sessions and document functional and business requirements.
• Configure Dynamics 365 CE and support UAT, data migration, and training.
• Act as main point of contact for customers during project delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve CRM use and Power Platform adoption.
