Job summary

Microsoft is expanding its Dynamics practice and seeks a D365 CRM Functional Consultant to join the team. This fully remote role will support customers across multiple Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform projects, shaping business requirements into practical solutions.

You'll manage functional delivery from discovery through implementation, collaborating with consultants and technical teams while engaging with customers directly.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience as a Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Functional Consultant.
• Experience with D365 CE implementations, integrations, upgrades or transformation projects.
• Comfortable running workshops and communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to take ownership of workload while collaborating with consultants and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage functional delivery across new Dynamics 365 CE implementations and existing system improvements.
• Analyse customer processes and recommend solutions within Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
• Run discovery sessions and document functional and business requirements.
• Configure Dynamics 365 CE and assist with UAT, data migration, training and system
