Job summary

Pearson Carter are recruiting a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Power Platform Functional Consultant for a fully remote role. The candidate will lead workshops, gather requirements and deliver functional solutions across Dynamics 365 CE, Sales, Marketing and Customer Service, with emphasis on Power Apps and Power Automate.

The role offers £42,000-£50,000, fully remote working, and opportunities for Microsoft certifications and professional development within a growing consultancy.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience as a D365 CE Functional Consultant.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Experience across Sales, Marketing and Customer Service.
• Power Apps and Power Automate experience.
• Confident running client workshops and gathering requirements.
• Previous experience working for a Microsoft Partner is essential.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver functional consultancy across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Run client workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Work across D365 CE Sales, Marketing and Customer Service.
• Support the delivery of Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
• Translate business requirements into effective Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Work closely with technical consultants and project managers throughout delivery.
• Support clients throughout the implementation and ongoing development of solutions.
