Job summary

Sentinel is seeking an experienced D365 CE Techno-Functional Consultant for a remote contract engagement. You will work across both functional and technical delivery, spanning new implementations, enhancements, and integrations within Dynamics 365 CE and the wider Power Platform.

The role requires running requirements workshops, translating needs into technical designs, configuring D365 CE, and collaborating with developers, testers and project managers to deliver solutions and UAT support.

Qualifications

• Experience as a hybrid techno-functional consultant.
• Comfortable running requirements workshops and hands-on configuration.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with stakeholders and end users to gather requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional and technical D365 CE solutions.
• Configure Dynamics 365 CE entities, forms, views, business rules, and security roles.
• Build solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps and Dataverse.
• Support integrations with third-party and internal systems.
• Produce functional and technical documentation and user stories.
