Job summary

MCA Connect is seeking a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Solution Architect to join our Managed Services team. This remote role involves guiding complex, cross‑functional implementations and owning solution scope across all process areas, with up to 30% travel for client engagements.

The candidate will lead architecture decisions, drive high‑quality outcomes, and mentor teams in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring strategic value and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong business knowledge of B2B sales, lead‑to‑opportunity, quote‑to‑order, customer service, field service, marketing journeys, customer data, and CRM operating models.
• Hands‑on functional experience configuring D365 CE modules, Dataverse, model‑driven apps, dashboards, views, business rules, processes, and related Power Platform capabilities.
• Experience facilitating executive conversations, adopting Agile delivery, and producing executive ready deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead post‑go‑live stabilization and hyper‑care engagements; define stabilization scope and transition plans.
• Architect and oversee iterative module deployments, defining deployment sequencing and go/no‑go criteria.
• Provide architectural oversight and solution governance on staff augmentation engagements.
