Job summary

MCA Connect, a leading Microsoft partner, is seeking a D365 CE Senior Functional Consultant to gather requirements, document processes, configure Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform capabilities, and support testing and training for CRM/CX solutions. Senior-level consultants are expected to own defined workstreams with limited oversight and guide junior resources where appropriate.

The CE Practice at MCA Connect helps clients adopt practical CRM/CX solutions by combining business transformation

Qualifications

4+ years’ experience implementing or supporting Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights, or comparable CRM platforms.
Proficiency with Dataverse, model-driven apps, Power Automate, dashboards, and basic reporting.
Ability to document, manage work, and communicate status with clients and teams.
Understanding of agile delivery, user stories, acceptance criteria, test management, training, and change/adoption fundamentals.
Recommended certifications: PL-200; MB-280, MB-230, MB-240, or CE module certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Participate in discovery and design sessions to capture business requirements and define scope.
Configure D365 CE and Power Platform features including apps, forms, views, dashboards, and security roles.
Support Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights, and related CE capabilities.
Prepare design documents, process flows, configuration workbooks, and training materials.
Maintain requirements traceability from discovery to UAT and adoption materials.
Support backlog refinement, sprint demos, CRP/UAT planning, testing, and release readiness.
Partner with technical consultants on integrations, data migration, reporting, security, and extensions.
Assess standard functionality vs customization and manage scope, adoption, and risks.
Stay aware of Copilot, embedded intelligence, Power BI, and automation features to boost productivity.
