Job summary
MCA Connect, a leading Microsoft Business Applications partner, is hiring a D365 CE Senior Functional Consultant for our Managed Services team. You will drive post-go-live success, oversee functional design, and guide client implementations across CE and Power Platform.
You will own requirements, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and lead small projects using Agile practices, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights)
- Experience supporting post-go-live environments and client communication
- Experience configuring Dataverse, forms, views, dashboards, and security
Responsibilities
- Manage functional support and enhancement work for multiple client environments
- Lead requirements and solution-design discussions for post-go-live enhancements
- Configure CE and Power Platform capabilities (model-driven apps, Dataverse, forms, views, dashboards)
- Support Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights, Power Pages as needed
- Lead small projects and Agile initiatives with scope, budget, and timelines
- Build trusted client relationships through clear communication and status reporting
