Job summary

MCA Connect, LLC is seeking a D365 CE Senior Functional Consultant for its Managed Services team. You will help clients maximize value, stability, and adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform after go-live.

The role combines functional consulting, support, solution design, and continuous improvement for multiple client environments. You own defined workstreams, lead small enhancements, resolve functional cases, and advise clients.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience implementing, configuring, or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights).
Experience supporting post-go-live environments, including issue triage, enhancements, and release support.
Ability to translate business needs into user stories, designs, test scenarios, and adoption materials.

Responsibilities

Manage functional support and enhancement work across multiple client environments.
Lead requirements and solution-design discussions for post-go-live enhancements.
Configure Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform capabilities (Dataverse, forms, dashboards, workflows).
Support CE/CX capabilities including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights, Power Pages.
