Job summary

MCA Connect seeks a D365 CE Senior Functional Consultant (Managed Services) to maximize client value, stability, and adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform after go-live. You will blend functional consulting, application support, and solution design across multiple client environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years implementing, configuring, or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Service, Field Service, Insights).
• Experience supporting post-go-live environments, including triage, enhancements, and release support.
• Hands-on Dataverse/model-driven apps configuration (tables, forms, views, dashboards, security).
• Knowledge of Power Automate, Power Pages, and dashboards; integration basics.
• Experience translating business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and designs.

Responsibilities

• Manage functional support and enhancements across multiple client environments, balancing priorities and budgets.
• Triage new support cases, document findings, drive resolution with clients and teams.
• Lead requirements and solution-design for post-go-live enhancements, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Configure and support D365 CE and Power Platform capabilities (model-driven apps, Dataverse, forms, views, dashboards, security).
• Guide clients through releases and upgrades, assess impact, and communicate recommended actions.
• Partner with technical consultants on integrations, data migration, and reporting.
• Lead small projects and agile enhancements; manage scope, schedule, risks, and deliverables.
• Mentor junior resources and maintain client relationships with clear communication.
