• Proven experience as a D365 CE Consultant with functional expertise in Customer Service and Sales modules.
• CPQ experience is a must.
• Strong understanding of D365 CE capabilities and the Power Platform.
• Experience delivering end-to-end D365 CE implementations for clients.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience leading workshops, solution design sessions, and mentoring junior team members.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for Customer Service and Field Service processes.
• Design and configure Dynamics 365 CE solutions tailored to client needs in Customer Service and Sales modules.
• Provide guidance on leveraging the Power Platform, including Canvas Apps and Power Automate, to optimize business processes.
• Lead workshops, solution design sessions, and client demonstrations.
• Mentor and support junior consultants and team members on Dynamics 365 best practices.
• Review client implementations to ensure alignment with organizational and Microsoft standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Document functional designs, process flows, and solution architecture for client projects.
