Job summary

CompQsoft Inc. seeks a Senior Functional Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement to join a fully remote delivery team.

The role requires 8–12 years of CRM/enterprise application experience, with at least 5 years hands‑on Dynamics 365 CE and expertise in Sales, lead management, forecasting, and data migration. You will lead discovery workshops, produce functional specs, and coordinate cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience delivering CRM, sales automation, or enterprise business application solutions.
• At least 5 years hands‑on Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement experience.
• Significant functional expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales.
• Strong understanding of lead management, opportunity management, forecasting, quoting, pipeline management, and order handoff.
• Experience leading discovery workshops and developing requirements, process flows, user stories, fit‑gap assessments, and functional specifications.
• Strong experience defining migration scope, source‑to‑target mappings, transformation rules, data validation, and reconciliation.
• Working knowledge of Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 integrations.
• Experience defining integration requirements and supporting enterprise system implementations.
• Experience leading testing, UAT, training, cutover, and post-go‑live support.
