Job summary

Push Security is seeking a Technical Support Engineer (US, West) to serve as the frontline for customer questions, troubleshoot integrations with browsers, IdP, and APIs, and guide users from onboarding to daily use.

You will work remotely from US Mountain or Pacific time zones, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate with engineering, product, and success teams to improve the product.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical support, solutions engineering, or customer success engineering experience for SaaS or security products
• Strong understanding of web technologies (HTTP, APIs, browsers, extensions, and authentication)
• Familiarity with endpoint management on Windows and/or macOS
• Experience using browser dev tools to investigate client-side issues
• Basic SQL and log investigation skills, or a strong willingness to learn them quickly
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially when explaining technical topics

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer technical queries via chat, email, and video calls
• Troubleshoot integration issues involving browsers, identity providers, and APIs
• Isolate defects to the failing layer and provide reproducible bug reports
• Participate in the on-call rotation
• Contribute to the knowledge base and customer guides
• Collaborate with engineering, product, customer success, and solutions engineering
