Job summary

Push Security is seeking a Technical Support Engineer (US, West) to help customers deploy and troubleshoot our secure enterprise browser extension. You’ll diagnose issues, explain integrations with browsers, IdPs, and SaaS apps, and ensure a smooth onboarding.

The role includes on-call duties, knowledge-base contributions, and collaboration with engineering, product, and success teams. Base salary ranges from $155,000 to $170,000 with eligibility for additional compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical support, solutions engineering, or customer success for SaaS or security products.
• Strong understanding of web tech: HTTP, APIs, browsers, extensions, and authentication.
• Familiar with endpoint management on Windows and macOS.
• Experience using browser dev tools to investigate client-side issues.
• Basic SQL and log investigation skills, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, or Bash).

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer technical queries via chat, email, and video calls.
• Troubleshoot integration issues involving browsers, identity providers, and APIs.
• Isolate defects to the failing layer and provide reproducible bug reports.
• Participate in the on-call rotation.
• Contribute to the knowledge base and customer guides based on issues resolved.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, customer success, and solutions engineering, sharing customer insights to improve the product.
