Job summary

Push Security Ltd. is seeking a Technical Support Engineer (US, West) to help customers deploy and troubleshoot our secure enterprise browser extension. You’ll diagnose issues across the extension, browser, IdP, and backend, and guide customers from onboarding to daily use.

Join a small, fast-moving team in a cybersecurity startup environment. The role involves on-call rotation, knowledge-base contributions, and collaboration with engineering and product teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical support, solutions engineering, or customer success engineering for SaaS or security products.
• Strong and working knowledge of web technologies (HTTP, APIs, browsers, extensions, authentication).
• Familiarity with Windows/macOS endpoint management.
• Experience using browser dev tools to investigate client-side issues.
• Some scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, or Bash).

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer technical queries via chat, email, and video calls.
• Troubleshoot integration issues involving browsers, identity providers, and APIs.
• Isolate defects to the failing layer and provide reproducible bug reports.
• Participate in the on-call rotation.
• Contribute to the knowledge base and customer guides.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, customer success, and solutions engineering to share customer insights.
