Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks a Program Manager for Cybersecurity Services Business Development to convert cybersecurity risk into revenue by driving consulting engagements and enabling connected-product offerings. The role interfaces with CIO/CISO, general counsel, and C-suite to unlock cybersecurity initiatives.

The incumbent leads risk-informed engagements, and partners with a Solution Architect to remove blockers to adoption of software and services across Data Center segments globally.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to engage CIOs/CISOs, general counsel, risk officers and C-suite
• Experience leading structured interviews to surface exposure and risk
• Strong contract and liability risk understanding in cybersecurity services

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program operations across cybersecurity leadership, architects, and account teams to align initiatives
• Engage customer legal, risk, and IT leadership to unlock engagements and expand accounts
• Translate cyber risk into business liability insights to drive cybersecurity investments
• Integrate cybersecurity engagement into data center build lifecycle and CAPEX decisions
• Lead negotiations on MSAs, SOWs, indemnification, and risk transfer with customers
