Job summary

NETGEAR seeks a Senior Cybersecurity Program Manager to translate cybersecurity strategy into actionable programs across products, cloud services, and operations. You will own roadmaps, budgets, and KPIs while driving risk remediation and security improvements across the organization.

You will partner with engineering, IT, legal, privacy, and business teams to elevate security posture and ensure timely delivery of security initiatives, metrics, and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, engineering, or related field.
• CISSP, CISM, PMP, or similar certification preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional security programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional security initiatives across products, cloud services, and enterprise systems.
• Own program roadmaps, priorities, schedules, budgets, dependencies, risks, and delivery.
• Facilitate incident response, coordinating actions and post-incident follow-up.
