SquidSec is a U.S. Army veteran-owned cybersecurity firm specializing in manual penetration testing and red teaming.

We provide manual web, API, and network testing, red team engagements, and custom security tooling with a quality-over-volume focus for small to mid-market clients. We’re looking for an experienced sales or business development professional who can generate qualified leads, book meetings, and manage early conversations with security managers, IT directors, or CTOs.

Qualifications

• Experience selling cybersecurity or technical services.
• Comfortable speaking with security managers, IT directors, or CTOs.
• Proven track record of generating your own pipeline (cold email, LinkedIn, referrals).

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads and book meetings.
• Hold initial sales conversations with technical buyers.
• Close contracts (or hand off warm deals).
• Work primarily on a commission basis.
