Job summary

Cypfer is seeking a Project Manager to enforce and evolve processes, manage client engagements and serve as the escalation point for delivery in the cybersecurity field.

You will lead end-to-end engagements, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and communicate progress to sponsors and stakeholders while aligning with strategic objectives.

This role requires strong leadership, technical writing, and the ability to travel as needed to client sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engagement or project management experience in a consulting environment.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and teams simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements end-to-end from kickoff to deployment for multiple initiatives.
• Develop engagement estimates and detailed plans for all phases.
• Provide status, risks, and milestones reporting to sponsors and leadership.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure agile delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and drive satisfaction.
