CYPFER is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead complex client engagements in cybersecurity, digital forensics, incident response, and post-breach remediation.

You will partner with senior executives and legal teams, translating technical risk into strategic business insights and board-ready reports. The role requires guiding teams and building long-term client relationships in a demanding security environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree desired.
• Significant experience in client engagement, project management in cybersecurity or risk management.
• Deep expertise in digital forensics, incident response, cybercrime, and data privacy.
• Ability to translate complex technical risks for C-suite audiences.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills; client-facing experience in conferences is valued.
• Strong leadership with mentoring abilities and discretion with sensitive information.
• Ability to manage high-pressure engagements and rapidly changing client needs.

Responsibilities

• Engagement leadership: manage end-to-end client engagement for cyber investigations and post-breach remediation.
• Client relationship management: be primary contact for high-impact clients, including executives and boards.
• Strategic advisory: guide cyber resilience, risk mitigation, and incident response planning.
• Project oversight: supervise forensic and IR teams, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.
• Team collaboration: coordinate with cross-functional teams to serve client needs.
• Business development: identify opportunities to expand relationships and new clients.
• Quality assurance: ensure technical and legal integrity of investigations and reports.
