Job summary

Cypfer is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex cybersecurity engagements from initiation through deployment. You will coordinate with multiple teams, manage budgets and timelines, and deliver clear status updates to executives.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, agile delivery experience, and willingness to travel internationally to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engagement or project management experience in a consulting context.
• Experience leading high-performance teams and/or technical implementations.
• Willingness to travel internationally and onsite as needed; strong client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex cybersecurity engagements from initiation to deployment.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure agile delivery and timely status updates.
• Develop engagement plans, budgets, and success metrics; report to sponsors and CIO.
• Capture requirements, manage scope, and control changes across multiple engagements.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members and ensure QA of final deliverables.
• Prepare proposals, requirements, and presentations for diverse audiences.
