Job summary

Rea Information Services is seeking a Technology & Cybersecurity Specialist II to provide responsive technical support and foundational cybersecurity services to external clients. The role manages Level 1 and Level 2 service requests, security events, alerts, and remediation activities, while ensuring health of client systems.

Candidates should bring curiosity, sound judgment, and strong client service, with experience in Windows workstations/servers, security tools, and MSP environments.

Qualifications

• Post‑secondary education in computer science, information systems, networking, information security, or related discipline, or 2 years’ experience and industry training.

Responsibilities

• Respond to, manage, monitor, document, and resolve Level 1 and 2 service requests and cybersecurity tickets.
• Identify business impact and urgency, provide support for critical issues, and escalate when needed.
• Monitor ticket queues, communicate status and next steps, and meet service delivery expectations.
• Provide on-site and remote support while delivering quality client service.
• Follow internal service delivery policies, procedures, and security requirements.
• Create and maintain accurate client documentation and time reporting.
