Job summary

Rea Information Services seeks a Technology & Cybersecurity Specialist II to provide responsive IT support and foundational cybersecurity services to external clients in Ohio. You will manage Level 1 and 2 service requests, monitor security events, and help investigate incidents while documenting work and maintaining client environments.

The role requires strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to work independently with a focus on security best practices.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in computer science, information systems, networking, information security or equivalent experience.
• Minimum prior experience in IT, information systems, technical support, or cybersecurity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve Level 1–2 service requests and cybersecurity tickets.
• Monitor security events and assist with incident containment and remediation.
• Configure, install, and support workstations, printers, and other hardware at client sites or remotely.
• Provide on-site and remote support with strong client service and documentation of activities.
