Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Cybersecurity GTM Leader to shape the global go-to-market strategy and execution for the Cybersecurity business. You will build scalable assets, enablement programs, and drive strategic partnerships across regions.

You will lead executive engagements with CISO and business leaders and influence cybersecurity decision making with data-driven insights. The role requires travel for conferences and internal meetings.

Qualifications

• 15+ years experience as a cybersecurity executive at leading cybersecurity software company or consulting firm.
• Proven sales program management skills.
• Proven track record of influencing executive decision making in cybersecurity purchases.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute scalable sales programs across geographies and entities.
• Develop a net-new GTM motion for horizontal security products across verticals.
• Identify and foster AI-driven cybersecurity use cases for the Databricks platform.
• Drive data-driven opportunities and implement improvement plans in the GTM motion.
• Work with sales/pre-sales to craft account-level plans and repeatable assets.
• Scale GTM expertise via enablement and executive-facing collateral.
