Job summary

Kinetix Technology Services, LLC, a New Charter Technologies company, is seeking a Cybersecurity and Compliance Manager for a remote, United States-based role. You will lead compliance programs across NIST CSF, SOC 2, CIS Controls, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, and ISO 27001, provide vCISO advisory services, and guide AI governance with clients and internal teams.

You will partner with executives and security teams to translate risks into actionable plans, drive remediation, and ensure ongoing

Qualifications

• Active CISSP certification in good standing.
• Strong knowledge of NIST CSF, CIS Controls, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, ISO 27001.
• Experience supporting audits, evidence management, and compliance assessments.
• Experience with risk assessments, third-party and vendor risk, and cyber insurance.
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity compliance initiatives across multiple frameworks.
• Oversee risk assessments, policy development, and evidence collection.
• Manage third-party risk and vendor due diligence and cyber insurance questionnaires.
• Provide vCISO advisory services, including security strategy and reporting to executives.
• Guide AI governance and data protection, including emerging security risks.
• Ensure audit-ready documentation and remediation tracking.
• Collaborate with security operations on incident response and vulnerability management.
• Support pre-sales engagements and expansion of client security programs.
