Job summary

Harbor IT, a leading MSP delivering cybersecurity, IT, and cloud services, seeks a Client Success Manager to retain, support, and grow its client base. You will guide clients from onboarding to expansion, collaborating across internal teams to achieve positive business outcomes.

Responsibilities include managing renewals, driving client results, conducting executive reviews, and identifying upsell opportunities while maintaining high integrity and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client success or account management, ideally within MSPs, cybersecurity, or IT verticals.
• Proven ability to turn detractors into advocates, drive client results, and navigate complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and drive relationship health.
• Lead onboarding for new clients and provide subject-matter expertise on service delivery.
• Own renewals and identify expansion opportunities to maximize contract value.
• Manage client feedback, conduct reviews, and facilitate case studies when possible.
