Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in program/project management.
• Minimum 3+ years in cybersecurity program delivery with NIST CSF, CIS Controls, ISO 27001.
• Experience with cybersecurity tools like Sailpoint, Delina, Azure B2C, Siteminder, and ITIL service management.
• Proficiency with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) to drive delivery.
• PMP certification and strong communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cybersecurity programs aligning with enterprise goals and frameworks.
• Oversee cross-functional teams to deliver security initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical leads to prioritize backlogs.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements like HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and SOX.
• Report status, KPIs, and risk posture to executives and steering committees.
