Job summary

Everforth ECS seeks a Program Manager near the National Capital Region to lead a flagship enterprise cybersecurity program for a major federal civilian agency. The role requires 15+ years of IT program management, PMP, and active Public Trust 6c, with deep cybersecurity expertise.

You will drive modernization, automation, and resilience across SOC, CDM, DevSecOps, and architecture, coordinating cross‑functional teams and reporting to federal leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• 15+ years in supporting large-scale IT programs as a Program Manager or similar.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates full lifecycle of cybersecurity technology infrastructure initiatives.
• Oversees projects from initiation to closeout across all phases.
• Develops detailed project plans with milestones, resources and deliverables.
• Manages project scope, budget, and quality to meet mission objectives.
• Leads cross-functional solution teams and provides technical leadership.
