HCLTech seeks a seasoned Project Management Consultant – Cybersecurity to lead global cybersecurity initiatives across a dynamic enterprise. You will drive planning, scope, timelines, and risk mitigation while coordinating with security, risk, and infrastructure teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years of combined cybersecurity and project management experience in a global enterprise.
• Proven success leading global, cross-functional cybersecurity projects in evolving IT environments.
• Deep technical expertise across multiple security technologies as listed in qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Advise on global cybersecurity initiatives in complex, multi-vendor environments.
• Define scope, objectives, timelines, metrics, requirements, and risk mitigation for initiatives.
• Oversee implementation of cybersecurity technologies (SIEM, EDR, encryption, PKI, IAM/PAM).
• Manage project lifecycles using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods to meet scope, time, and budget.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to align goals with security strategy and accountability.
• Translate complex concepts into actionable plans and executive updates.
• Track KPIs, risks, dependencies, and regulatory compliance across the portfolio.
• Identify gaps and drive sustainable improvements in processes and technology.
• Monitor budgets, progress, risks, and escalations to leadership.
