Job summary

Everforth ECS seeks a Remote Project Manager near the National Capital Region to lead a major federal civilian cybersecurity program. You will drive IT project lifecycles, apply Agile practices, coordinate multiple teams, and communicate with federal stakeholders.

Requirements include 7+ years in IT project management, U.S. citizenship, active PMP, and ability to obtain a Public Trust 6c clearance. Remote work within NCR proximity is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT project management experience.
• Active PMP certification required.
• Active Public Trust 6c clearance or ability to obtain.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Remote but within close proximity to the National Capital Region (NCR).

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of IT projects from planning to implementation.
• Coordinate resources and priorities to meet project goals.
• Design plans with scope, milestones, and budgets.
• Utilize Agile methods to manage projects and ceremonies.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder demos.
• Develop project documentation (charters, requirements, design plans, test plans).
• Track milestones, risks, and deliverables across teams.
• Communicate status and risks to stakeholders and government officials.
