Job summary

Mondo is seeking a Cyber Security Sr. PM to lead IAM, access governance, PAM and application controls initiatives in a remote, 12-month contract. The role requires 4-6 years of PM experience, including cybersecurity projects, a Bachelor's degree, and strong communication to manage budgets and sponsor-level communications.

Preferred certifications (PMP/Prince2/Agile) and tools like Visio, MS Project, Excel, SharePoint, MS Teams, and PowerBI are a plus.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of total project management experience.
• 3+ years leading cybersecurity or IAM initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of cybersecurity projects (IAM, access governance, PAM, application controls).
• Manage project risks, issues, and interdependencies with escalation to stakeholders and leadership.
• Serve as primary contact for project activities, interfacing with Business Units, Finance, and IT.
• Develop and manage project budgets, financial performance metrics, ROI/IRR with Finance.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications, sponsor reporting, and escalation throughout lifecycle.
• Align deliverables with intended outcomes with Cybersecurity Leadership and Change Manager.
• Monitor overall project progress daily, following governance controls.
