Job summary

Emerging Tech, LLC is seeking a Program Manager – Cybersecurity & Compliance for a Florida remote role. You will own end-to-end execution of contract deliverables, kickoff, planning, testing oversight, reporting, quality management, knowledge transfer, and closeout while coordinating across up to 30 participating agencies with executive-level communication.

The role requires deep expertise in NIST CSF, internal audit standards, and governing frameworks, plus strong problem solving and client

Qualifications

8+ years of experience managing complex cybersecurity, IT audit, compliance, or cyber risk engagements.
Minimum 3 years leading multi agency, multi stakeholder programs.
Minimum 2 years delivering in a government environment at state, local, or federal level.
Experience delivering firm fixed price or deliverable-based contracts subject to formal client acceptance criteria.
Experience overseeing programs spanning 20+ client orgs or business units.
Must reside in Florida.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary client interface and single point of accountability for all deliverables and contractual commitments.
Lead project kickoff and publish the Master Project Plan as tracking tool.
Coordinate multi agency system access requests, testing schedules, and deployments.
Own the deliverable acceptance process with evidence packages and approvals.
Maintain risk and issue registers and elevate variances early.
Produce status reports and executive dashboards on cadence.
Facilitate lessons learned and knowledge transfer to government personnel.
Enforce confidentiality, records retention, and public records compliance across the team.
Manage change control and require written client approval for work.
