Job summary

Bravura Inc. seeks a Program Manager to oversee government contracts with remote work up to 50% travel. You will ensure staffing, quality control, and operational continuity across fixed sites and Mobile Training Teams, while meeting all PWS requirements.

The role requires a SECRET clearance, a bachelor’s degree, and 5+ years in PM with DoD/cybersecurity exposure; PMP and IAM III are preferred. U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; PMP certification preferred.
• IAM Level III baseline certification required.
• 3–5 years managing multi-site technical training programs; 5+ years in PM.
• US citizenship with SECRET security clearance.
• Experience in DoD 8140/8570 or cybersecurity environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for Government and ensure QCP adherence.
• Provide status updates, EXSUMs, and required contract reports.
• Coordinate course development, curriculum updates, and instructional delivery.
• Manage resources across CONUS and OCONUS locations and ensure continuity.
