Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex program execution across technology and training initiatives, with emphasis on schedule, budget, and performance management. The role coordinates with government stakeholders to support distance learning efforts and mission-focused outcomes. Remote position (US-based).

A Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret is required. PMP and MS Project proficiency are preferred, with 10+ years in DoD technology/training program

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing technology or training programs for the DoD.
• 5+ years managing complex technical contracts related to training content development.
• Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
• PMP certification.
• Proficient with MS Project for scheduling and resource management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily management and control of diverse projects.
• Manage operations and training content development.
• Prepare status reports on schedule, budget, and performance.
• Ensure tasks are completed within time and budget constraints.
• Support distance learning programs that enhance warfighter performance.
• Align projects with government priorities for the Navy customer.
• Formulate work standards and supervise personnel to achieve organizational goals.
• Anticipate, mitigate, and solve potential project issues.
• Facilitate internal and external meetings with stakeholders.
