Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead government-focused software delivery programs from concept to completion. You’ll work with contracts, cost accounting, and technical deliverables, applying Agile practices and coordinating with SMEs, schedulers, customers and project analysts to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing technical delivery on a Government contract.
• Experience using the Agile framework and Sprint/Scrum to scope, execute, and track progress.
• Experience creating project spend plans, including contract finances and forecasting.
• Experience briefing senior leadership on contract performance.
• Experience coordinating with finance, subcontracts, contracts, legal, compliance, and recruiting to execute contract requirements.
• Knowledge of EW and Cyber techniques with RF applications.
• Ability to function independently as a self-starter.
• Ability to manage project scope, schedule, budget and risks; communicate with leadership.
• Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree.
