Surefire Cyber is seeking a Project Manager to oversee cyber incident response projects remotely in the USA. The role is full-time and exempt, focusing on coordinating DFIR and Advisory teams, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications.

You will drive process improvements, ensure deliverables align with client expectations, and provide after-hours support as needed to maintain service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or applicable professional experience in project management, especially in cyber incident response.
• Understanding of incident response methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Experience with incident response tools and related technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage cyber incident response projects from initiation to completion, on time and within scope.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with clients to align objectives and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain project artifacts like SOWs and budgets, and track milestones.
• Support after-hours incident response on-call rotations as required.
• Ensure compliance with incident response frameworks and industry standards.
