Bestow is seeking an Operations Specialist to support our CX team in handling policy administration, inquiries, and post-issue tasks. The role emphasizes timely responses, accuracy, and collaboration with underwriting, claims, and finance to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role offers remote (US) or hybrid work in Dallas, TX, with a strong focus on accurate record-keeping, SOP maintenance, and continuous process improvement across a fast-growing department.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience supporting customers either directly or indirectly.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with Salesforce and document handling tools preferred.

Responsabilités

• Respond to inquiries via mail, phone, chat, text, and email within SLAs.
• Support policy administration tasks and post-issue processes.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and finance teams to meet objectives.
• Maintain SOPs and contribute to process improvements.
• Facilitate communication between customers, agents, and internal teams.
• Assist with audits and keep records up-to-date.
