Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 3+ years in a similar role.
• 3+ years in software engineering.
• 1+ years in people management preferred.
• Expertise in cloud-based platforms and services.
• Proficiency in SQL for database management.
• In-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the software development team, including hiring and performance evaluation
• Define and communicate the technical vision and roadmap
• Design, develop, and implement new software features
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment
• Implement and enforce best practices for software development
• Drive process improvements and automation for team efficiency
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to agile principles
