Job summary

SHI International Corp. seeks an Engineering Manager to lead and mentor a software development team, set technical vision, and drive delivery of high‑quality software. This hands‑on leadership role emphasizes agile practices, code quality, and process improvements.

You will collaborate with product, sales and stakeholders, recruit top talent, and guide modern technologies such as C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, RESTful services, and DB/infrastructure know‑how.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3+ years in a similar role and 3+ years in software engineering.
• 1+ years in people management preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and hybrid work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor software development teams and recruit top talent.
• Define technical vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Develop new software features and maintain existing systems.
• Coordinate with product, sales, and stakeholders.
• Enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and deployments.
• Drive automation and DevOps practices to improve delivery.
