Job summary

CNX is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Cloud Solution Architect to lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement projects in a global, customer-facing consulting setting. You will design scalable, secure integrations with Power Platform, guide deployments and upgrades, and help clients realize business outcomes through governance and ALM practices.

This full-time remote role requires deep technical expertise and strong advisory skills, with cross-functional collaboration across time zones.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform.
• CRM customization: data model, forms, views, JavaScript, C# .NET, plugins, workflows.
• Strong SQL, IIS, networking, and client-side troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM solutions across modules (Sales, Service, Field Service).
• Design integrations with Power Platform and external systems.
• Lead CRM deployments, migrations, and upgrades.
• Engage customers as trusted advisors and deliver workshops.
• Implement ALM, governance, and Center of Excellence practices.
