You will mentor engineers through design reviews, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and own deployment automation and cloud operations to improve reliability and efficiency. The role spans cutting-edge tech and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

5+ years in software development with C# and .NET Core.
2+ years in a leadership/mentoring role.
Experience with distributed systems and microservices.
Hands-on Kubernetes and cloud (AWS or GCP) experience.
Strong CI/CD and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of scalable platform systems.
Mentor engineers through design discussions and code reviews.
Develop and optimize applications using C# and .NET Core.
Collaborate with teams to define technical priorities and milestones.
Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Bamboo.
Automate deployments and cloud infrastructure management.
