Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 3+ years in a similar role.

• 1+ years in people management preferred.
• Expertise in cloud-based platforms and services.
• Proficiency in SQL for database management.
• In-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

This role will guide a software engineering team focused on delivering and improving cloud-based solutions in a technical services environment. You will set technical direction, translate business needs into an actionable roadmap, and help ensure the team delivers reliable, scalable software outcomes. The position also requires close collaboration with cross-functional partners to align execution, improve engineering practices, and strengthen team efficiency.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $150,000 – $225,000 annually
