Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• 1+ years of experience in people management preferred.
• Ability to travel 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the software development team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Define and communicate the technical vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with goals and customer needs.
• Design, develop, and implement new software features or modifications to existing software.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and stakeholders for alignment and goals.
• Implement and enforce best practices for software development, including code quality, testing and deployment.
• Drive process improvements and automation to enhance team efficiency and product delivery.
• Manage team performance through setting goals, reviews, and data-driven assessments.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to agile principles.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve escalations.
• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality for production releases.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain world-class talent.
• Communicate progress, goals, and vision to stakeholders.
• Set and manage engineering deadlines with Product Leadership.
