Job summary

NRG Energy is seeking an experienced Senior CX Insights Manager to develop action-oriented insights that boost our market position and optimize the customer journey across brands. You will translate diverse data sources into meaningful, data-driven narratives and collaborate with CX and market insights leads to deliver customer-centric insights aligned with business strategy.

Qualifications

10+ years in customer experience insights or market research role.
Experience navigating cross-functional environments with stakeholders across the organization.
Experience with multiple data sources (customer feedback, brand data, consumer market research, behavioral data).
Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative research and translating needs into data-backed requirements.
Hands-on experience with BI tools like Power BI or equivalents (Tableau/Looker).
Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance job functions.
Excellent written and verbal communication; clear presentations and issue resolution.
Strong project management; able to handle multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong collaboration skills; can work in teams or independently.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; proficient with Microsoft Copilot.

Responsibilities

Understand and access diverse sources of customer and marketplace data.
Synthesize insights into data-centered stories and business implications.
Create clear dashboards, reports, scorecards, and presentations for varied audiences.
Apply sound research methods and quality standards to ensure trustworthy insights.
Collaborate with CX journey managers, research leads, and analysts to weave data and narrative insights.
Work cross-functionally with multiple departments to understand business and research needs.
