Qualifications

• 10+ years in customer experience insights or market research.
• Experience with multiple data sources (customer feedback, brand data, consumer market research, behavioral data).
• Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative research and translating needs into data-backed requirements.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau or Looker.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; presents information clearly and concisely.
• Strong project management; can manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand and access various sources of customer and marketplace data across the business.
• Synthesize market research, competitive intelligence and customer intelligence into data-centered stories.
• Build dashboards, reports, scorecards, and presentations; communicate key findings with business implications.
• Recommend and apply sound research methods and quality standards to ensure trustworthy insights.
• Collaborate across the CX & Insights team with managers, leads, and analysts to weave data into outputs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments to understand business needs.
